Exosome Research Tools
Exosomes are small vesicles, from 30 to 150 nm, containing various RNA and protein. Exosomes are now considered as important mediators of intercellular communication under both physiological and pathological conditions and play critical roles in many diseases development, particularly in cancer. Further studying the functions of exosomes and the potential usage in disease diagnose are of great interest. Here, we provide various tools for isolation, characterization, and analysis of RNA and protein in exosomes.
